1. Store Information & Service Scope

1. Our store is an individual cross-border e-commerce business registered in China, mainly selling handmade press-on false nails and nail accessories. All goods are shipped directly from our China warehouse to the United States. We do not maintain local inventory, local warehouses or local return addresses within the US territory.

2. Our services are limited to online product display, order processing, cross-border logistics delivery and after-sales consultation only.

3. We reserve the right to adjust product categories, styles, retail prices, shipping fees, promotional rules and service contents at any time. All changes take effect immediately once published on the website without separate notifications to every customer.

2. User Account & Purchase Rules

1. When placing an order, you promise to submit true, accurate and complete shipping information, email address and contact details. Any loss including lost parcels, returned shipments or destroyed packages caused by incorrect addresses, unknown recipients or customer-initiated refusal of delivery shall be borne solely by the buyer, and no refund request will be approved.

2. Malicious bulk ordering, fake orders, repeated dispute filing, mass discount exploitation, false only-refund claims and other improper behaviors are strictly prohibited. Once detected, we reserve rights to cancel relevant orders, suspend all after-sales privileges, block customer accounts and reject all future service requests.

3. Users shall not utilize this website for illegal activities including fraud, copyright infringement and false trading. We retain all rights to pursue legal liabilities against violations.

3. Product Descriptions & Visual Disclaimer

1. All product photos, videos, size charts, style introductions are real shots and precisely labeled to guarantee authentic presentation.

2. Minor visual differences caused by screen color calibration, lighting environment and shooting angles shall not be recognized as manufacturing defects, and are ineligible for returns, refunds or chargebacks.

3. Hand-painted, 3D decorative press-on nails carry normal subtle handcraft differences, texture variations and tiny production traces. You acknowledge and accept inherent handmade characteristics upon checkout, and such minor inconsistencies cannot be grounds for after-sales compensation.

4. We may optimize product craftsmanship, packaging and accessory configurations without prior notice. Minor upgrades shall not be deemed product mismatch and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

4. Pricing & Payment Regulations

1. All prices displayed on the site are denominated in US Dollars, covering only product value. Import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees incurred upon arrival in the US are not included in listed prices.

2. Final order amount, discount activities and bundle promotions are subject to real-time prices displayed on the checkout page.

3. All orders must be fully paid within 24 hours after submission; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled by our system.

4. Partial or full refund requests based on subjective reasons such as "price too high", "regret purchase" or "unattractive promotions" will be rejected without exception.

5. If system malfunctions lead to abnormal pricing, obvious price errors or bug discounts, we reserve absolute right to cancel the order and issue a full original refund without any additional compensation.

5. Cross-Border Logistics & Liability Definition

1. We ship all US orders via YunExpress cross-border line from China. Standard shipping takes 10–15 business days, expedited shipping takes 6–10 business days. All transit times are estimated references only and are not legally guaranteed delivery deadlines.

2. Shipping delays, customs detention, customs inspection, logistics service fluctuations, seasonal backlogs and force majeure events are beyond our control. Such incidents do not entitle buyers to refuse parcels, request refunds or open payment disputes.

3. Remote surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US remote territories. By completing checkout, you fully agree to all remote logistics fee rules.

4. Once tracking status shows "Delivered", the order is deemed fully fulfilled, and we will no longer accept "item not received" refund applications.

6. After-Sales & Return & Refund Standards

1. Press-on nails are classified as intimate personal hygiene cosmetic products, subject to universal cross-border beauty industry after-sales restrictions.

2. Returns are only accepted for completely unopened, unused, intact sets with full original accessories and undamaged packaging within 30 calendar days after delivery. Any opened, worn, touched or damaged nail kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable permanently.

3. All handmade 3D decorative sets, custom designs, limited editions, discounted bundles and free gifts are marked Final Sale; no returns, exchanges or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Claims for damaged items, missing accessories or wrong products must be submitted with clear photos & videos within 48 hours of delivery. All late claims will be automatically denied.

5. All international return shipping fees from the US back to China shall be fully covered by the buyer. We do not provide US local prepaid return shipping labels for cross-border returns.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

1. All texts, images, videos, nail designs, logos, page layouts and marketing copy on this website are original intellectual property belonging to Veluna brand, fully protected by copyright laws.

2. Unauthorized downloading, copying, modification, commercial resale, image scraping and design replication by individuals or merchants are strictly forbidden. We will submit official platform complaints and pursue legal compensation against any intellectual property infringement.

3. Purchasing physical nail products does not grant you commercial reproduction rights to our original nail art designs.

8. Product Usage & User Risk Undertaking

1. All press-on nail products sold on our store are for personal daily wear only. Bulk resale, mass replication and unauthorized commercial utilization are prohibited.

2. Any skin irritation, allergy or nail damage caused by improper self-installation, long-term wear or personal physical sensitivity shall be deemed user usage risks, and we shall not bear personal injury or property compensation liabilities.

3. Minors under legal age must browse the website and place orders with guardian consent and supervision. Small accessories including glue tabs, nail files shall be kept away from children and pets to avoid choking hazards.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. We take no responsibility for customer dissatisfaction arising from subjective personal dislike, mismatched size selection, inconsistent aesthetic expectations or screen color deviation.

2. Losses generated by third-party payment system failures, bank transfer delays, logistics carrier faults or US local policy adjustments shall be fully borne by the customer, and we are exempt from related liabilities.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total compensation limit for any order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for indirect losses, mental distress or consequential damages of any form.

10. Dispute Resolution & Policy Priority

1. All trading matters shall first comply with cross-border e-commerce transaction rules and all official policies published on our website (Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service). All policies are integrated and equally enforceable.

2. Customers must contact our official support email to negotiate solutions before opening PayPal chargebacks, Shopify disputes or unauthorized payment objections. Malicious only-refund requests, false damage claims and abusive disputes will be fully contested with complete logistics records, product evidence and policy documents, and all related claims will be rejected.

11. Policy Validity & Updates

We reserve the right to revise, supplement and update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated clauses take effect immediately upon website publication without advance notification.
